Deloitte PDS Group has just been appointed as the project management partner for the new 15,000-person capacity multisport stadium in Melbourne’s west that YourLand Developments is delivering in partnership with Western Melbourne Group (WMG). The new stadium will be the future home of the Western United Football Club, hosting both men’s and women’s A-League matches as well as other events.
The appointment of Deloitte marks a crucial step in delivering the new stadium – a cornerstone of Australia’s first health, sports and wellness driven city which includes over 900 residential dwellings, retail and entertainment, a commercial district and more.
YourLand Developments Chief Operating Officer Dean Gold expressed delight at the appointment of Deloitte to assist with the significant undertaking.

Deloitte PDS Group will provide a comprehensive service including precinct masterplanning, concept and detailed design management, budget and program management and construction management, including contract administration and handover.
Spearheading the project management for the precinct is Associate Director of Deloitte PDS Group, Rob McFee and Engagement Partner, Andrew Fortey.
